You will:

- Have experience of successful leadership at a senior level in a SEND/Additional Provision environment

- Have a strong understanding of pupils with a wide range of complex educational needs

- Demonstrate a successful track record of improving teaching, learning and pupil outcomes

- Be a strategic thinker who can translate vision into clear priorities and effective action

- Have the ability to inspire, motivate and develop others

- Understand how to lead improvement while managing the complexity of a multi-site organisation

- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Work successfully with families and multi-agency professionals

- Have the highest expectations for all pupils and a relentless commitment to safeguarding

- Demonstrate sound judgement and the ability to make difficult decisions in the best interests of pupils

- Lead with integrity, openness, collaboration and ambition.
