Position: Head Teacher Curriculum Focus: Key Stage 2 Minimum Qualification: Bachelor Degree Minimum Experience: 2 years Skills and Qualifications: - A Bachelor Degree in Education or a related field. - At least two years of experience in a teaching or leadership role within primary education. - Strong knowledge of EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 curriculum requirements. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage staff effectively. - Competence in managing school operations including budgeting, planning, and compliance with educational standards. - Ability to foster positive relationships with pupils, parents, staff, and external partners.
