Key responsibilities include:
Leading and coordinating a team of Year Tutors
Promoting positive behaviour and excellent attendance of all students within a specified year group
Coordinating a case load of students who are vulnerable to not making the required amount of progress
Ensuring student progress through effective discipline, conduct, monitoring, target setting and intervention
Responsibility for maintaining high standards of behaviour, uniform, attendance and punctuality
Developing effective working partnerships with teachers, parents, senior leadership, and outside agencies
