About this role
We are looking to appoint a Head of Year to join our supportive pastoral team. This is a key pastoral leadership role, responsible for ensuring strong academic progress, excellent behaviour, and positive engagement across the year group. To succeed in this role, you will be able to inspire and motivate students to achieve their best, setting consistently high expectations for what they can attain both academically and personally. You will take responsibility for driving standards, supporting student wellbeing, and fostering a culture of ambition, respect, and achievement across the year group.
