An exciting opportunity has arisen for a pastoral leader responsible for raising achievement, attendance, behaviour, safeguarding and wellbeing across Year 8. The role leads pastoral support, works closely with families and external agencies, monitors student progress, and promotes a culture of high expectations, inclusion and belonging.
