With strong links to Malvern College, a leading independent school in Worcestershire, England, the School seeks to appoint an outstanding Head of University & Careers Guidance. The role of the Head of University & Careers Guidance will provide strategic leadership for university and careers guidance across the Senior School, ensuring pupils are supported from early pathway planning through to applications and final destinations. The role combines strategic planning, student and parent guidance, team leadership, external relationship-building, and oversight of systems and processes that underpin excellent outcomes. The successful candidate will play a central role in helping pupils and families navigate pathways to leading universities worldwide, while also strengthening co-curricular, enrichment, and future-readiness provision across the school. The role offers the chance to work within the wider Malvern network and to contribute strategically to pupil success, school reputation, and community engagement. Be responsible for design and implementation of the MCC education career development system for pupils to assisting and supporting overall education development, including education career path and university application guidance.
