High Grange School is an outstanding, specialist independent school for children and young people with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and associated needs aged 5–19 years.
We are seeking to appoint an exceptional Head of Therapy to lead and further develop our highly regarded Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT).
This is not a traditional therapy leadership role.
At High Grange School, therapy is fully integrated throughout the school experience. Our therapists work collaboratively alongside education staff, families, and external professionals to ensure that pupils’ communication, emotional wellbeing, sensory regulation, and independence are consistently supported across all aspects of school life.

The Opportunity
This is a rare opportunity for an experienced and ambitious therapeutic leader to shape and influence therapeutic practice within a genuinely integrated specialist setting.
You will:
Lead a highly skilled MDT comprising Speech and Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Sensory Integration Therapy, Clinical Psychology and Therapy Assistants
Work closely alongside the Senior Leadership Team to strategically develop therapeutic provision across the school.
Drive evidence-informed and trauma-informed practice.
Support whole-school development through training, reflection, and collaborative working.
Ensure therapeutic provision has meaningful impact on pupil progress, wellbeing, communication, and independence.
We are looking for someone who:
Has substantial experience within therapeutic leadership and multi-disciplinary working.
Has a strong understanding of Autism Spectrum Condition and associated needs?
