The Head of Subject will support the day-to-day operations of the school providing information to teachers, Heads of Key Stage and Head of Faculty regarding the progress towards the relevant sections of the school’s strategic aims and development plan.This individual will contribute to the strategic vision and ongoing development of the school, supporting the effective implementation of its values and driving continuous improvement. They will lead and manage staff within the subject area, promote high-quality teaching and learning, and ensure a broad, balanced and inclusive curriculum. The role carries accountability for student progress and attainment, fostering a growth mindset and working collaboratively with senior and middle leaders to enhance academic outcomes, student satisfaction and retention.
