What We’re Looking For: We are seeking experienced leaders with a strong track record in education and a passion for driving student success. Essential Requirements: Recognised leadership qualifications (e.g., MA in Education, NPQH). Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. 5+ years as a Principal or 7–10 years in senior leadership roles (e.g., Deputy Head, Vice Principal). Experience of running a bilingual program Proven ability to raise academic standards and deliver outstanding outcomes in external assessments. Expertise in developing curricula and preparing students for life beyond school. Experience in school growth, including enrolment and retention strategies.
