Role Purpose The Head of School works directly with the Co-Founders to provide whole-school leadership in teaching quality, curriculum coherence, teacher performance, school growth, and parent partnership. This is a leadership role designed for an experienced instructional leader who can combine teacher coaching, curriculum development, assessment systems, community engagement, and school operational development in an emerging British international school. The role is especially suited to a leader passionate about building systems, developing teachers, strengthening international school culture, and helping families new to international education understand and participate in student learning.
