About this role
Warminster School seeks to appoint an innovative and supportive Head of Safeguarding and Wellbeing and DSL. This is an operational leadership role responsible for the day-to-day delivery of safeguarding and the coordination of wellbeing provision across the school.
The postholder will ensure that safeguarding systems, processes, and practices are consistently applied and compliant with statutory guidance, while also supporting the development of pupil and staff wellbeing.
They must be able to work independently, have a sound knowledge of Child Protection and Safeguarding, excellent IT skills, good/strong interpersonal skills and the confidence to work with pupils in a secondary setting.
