About this role

Are you ready to inspire and lead? At Co-op Academy North Manchester, we are seeking a dynamic Head of Religious Studies, Citizenship and Health & Social Care to guide curriculum, foster collaboration, and elevate pupil outcomes! As part of Co-op Academies Trust, you will have the opportunity to innovate, inspire, and raise achievement levels across the school while working within a supportive leadership team. Our aim is to ensure that our students are given every opportunity to reach their full potential, regardless of their background. With this in mind, we are looking to appoint a teacher who shares our vision for a learning environment and curriculum that is ambitious as well as supportive and nurturing. As well as academic success, we focus on and take great pride in our students' behaviour. We aim for high achievement in an environment which is based on rewards, not sanctions. Working closely with our teaching body, our caring and experienced pastoral team are always on hand to help and support our pupils through their secondary school journey. You’ll do all this whilst capturing the spirit of our vision and values and whilst role-modelling exceptional professional behaviours.
