We are currently seeking a Head of RS and Citizenship to join our dedicated department. This role focuses on Key Stage 3 & 4 curriculum delivery and development.

Education Stage: Secondary (Key Stage 3 & 4)
Minimum Experience: 2 years
Responsibilities include assisting with curriculum planning, supporting teaching staff, monitoring student progress, and contributing to departmental leadership.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years’ experience teaching RS & Citizenship at secondary level
- Strong knowledge of Key Stage 3 & 4 curriculum requirements
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to support colleagues through coaching or mentoring
- Competence in using data to inform teaching strategies
- A relevant degree in RS and Citizenship or Education; Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) essential
