Park House English School is one of the oldest and most prestigious British schools in Doha, Qatar. Founded in 1994 by Mrs. Heather Brennan, we are celebrating our 32nd year of providing outstanding educational provision. The school has a long history of exceptional success, and we are looking to appoint an outstanding Head of Primary School to join our highly committed team of professionals. The Role The successful candidate will lead the Primary School, driving high standards of teaching, learning, pastoral care, and pupil achievement across all year groups. They will provide strategic direction for the Primary phase, ensuring an inspiring, inclusive, and nurturing environment where every child can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. The ideal candidate must hold a recognised teaching qualification and a relevant degree. Significant leadership experience within a Primary setting is essential. The postholder will be responsible for leading and developing staff, monitoring curriculum standards, promoting outstanding classroom practice, engaging positively with parents and the wider community, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the Primary School. They will also contribute to whole-school improvement priorities, attend leadership and professional development meetings, support extra-curricular opportunities, and participate fully in school events as required.
