Head of PrimaryRomerike International School (RIS) is seeking a Head of Primary. This position is offered on a one-year contract, with the possibility of extension should circumstances allow. This position has an immediate start or possibly January 2027 About the SchoolRomerike International School is an accredited IB World School offering the Primary Years Programme (PYP) and Middle Years Programme (MYP). Located near Oslo, RIS provides a supportive international learning environment built on the pillars of Outdoor Education, Wellbeing, Community, Integrity, and Sustainability. RIS is a small school with maximum of 220 students. About the PositionThe successful candidate will lead the Primary School and take responsibility for all aspects of its day-to-day operation and development. They will be supported by a Curriculum Coordinator, Kesa Naisara and the School Principal, Will Warren. The language of instruction is English, and applicants must be able to lead, teach and communicate fluently in English. The role includes a teaching load of eight periods per week, most likely in Grade 5.
