About this role
The New School is seeking an experienced colleague to join our senior leadership team. The candidate will have strong experience in school leadership, and particularly in the leadership of Pastoral and Safeguarding. This role will lead our pioneering and unique pastoral department. They will continue our innovative work, ensuring we are able to help every young person to develop socially and emotionally, and feel a sense of belonging while at school.
The school was formed in 2020 and our mission is to positively impact UK education. We are dedicated to providing a nurturing and inclusive environment where young people can thrive.
