About this role
THE HEAD OF OPERATIONS will lead a team of admin staff to drive institutional growth, oversee cross-functional operations, scale student enrollment and foster a collaborative high-performing culture. They will ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day life of the school, alongside leading on payroll, health and safety, managing the school’s property portfolio and the school’s general compliance. They will be the behind the scenes hero of the school who helps make everything happen.
Qualifications
5-8 years of management experience in an administrative or operational role
Proven commitment to child wellbeing and safeguarding
Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
Experience with payroll, HR, governance, local and international guidance for schools, health and safety procedures, fire safety and first aid all desirable
