As a core member of our teaching team, you will:
Lead the strategic development of the Maths department
Deliver engaging and imaginative Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4, including preparation for GCSEs.
Bring energy and creativity to your teaching, utilising innovative methods to inspire and motivate your students.
Support and mentor staff, ensuring excellence in teaching and learning
Work collaboratively with colleagues to integrate exciting cross-curricular opportunities across subjects.
Track, assess, and report on student progress, attainment, and engagement, contributing to termly internal and external reports shared with parents and governors.

As a teacher in our SEN setting, you will play a key role in nurturing the wellbeing and personal development of our pupils. Most staff lead a small tutor group of 6–8 students, supporting their social and emotional growth and embodying the school’s values and ethos each day.
