About the Role At Leith Hill School, we are seeking a dynamic and committed Head of Maths who is passionate about making a real difference. As a core member of our teaching team, you will: Lead the strategic development of the Maths department Deliver engaging and imaginative Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4, including preparation for GCSEs. Bring energy and creativity to your teaching, utilising innovative methods to inspire and motivate your students. Support and mentor staff, ensuring excellence in teaching and learning Work collaboratively with colleagues to integrate exciting cross-curricular opportunities across subjects. Track, assess, and report on student progress, attainment, and engagement, contributing to termly internal and external reports shared with parents and governors.
