We are seeking an inspirational and passionate Maths Leader who can raise achievement through personalised, engaging and inclusive teaching. You will lead the development of Maths across the school, delivering well‑structured lessons that build confidence, fluency and problem‑solving skills. Alongside teaching, you will shape the curriculum, support staff, and ensure high‑quality provision that meets the needs of pupils—many of whom have social, emotional or mental health needs. Key Responsibilities Plan, deliver and develop a responsive Maths curriculum aligned with national standards. Promote participation, achievement and progression across all ability levels. Lead and support staff to ensure effective delivery of Maths. Drive continuous improvement through clear objectives, evaluation and quality planning. Work with senior leaders to implement strategic and operational development plans. Collaborate with the SENCo to ensure robust systems for tracking and reviewing progress. Model high standards in teaching, behaviour and professional conduct. About You Essential: UK QTS or equivalent Strong subject knowledge across number, algebra, geometry, statistics and problem‑solving.
