Head of Learning Support (SENCO) Prep

Caterham Prep School is a well-established independent school in the United Kingdom, committed to providing an inclusive and supportive learning environment for all pupils. We are currently seeking a Head of Learning Support (SENCO) to join our dedicated team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about supporting children with additional learning needs. The Head of Learning Support leads and coordinates the provision for pupils with special educational needs and/or disabilities across the Prep School from Reception to Year 6. They are responsible for ensuring special educational needs are identified and supported effectively through high quality teaching for SEND in the classroom alongside carefully planned and evidence-based interventions. The post holder is accountable to the Head of School.
