This is a critical appointment for the College, with strategic oversight of learning, teaching and outcomes for over 3,000 GCSE Maths and English students and more than 650 A Level students. This is a strategic role, with support from two Teaching and Learning Managers (one A Level and one GCSE) reporting into you. This role sits at the centre of our quality, performance and curriculum strategy and will suit a candidate currently operating at Assistant Principal or equivalent senior leadership level, with a strong track record of raising standards, leading managers and delivering impact at scale.
