Job Overview The Head of Kindergarten provides academic and pastoral leadership across the Kindergarten section, ensuring high standards of teaching, learning, and student wellbeing during the earliest and most formative years of education. Working closely with the Kindergarten & Primary School Principal and Senior Leadership Team, the role supports curriculum coherence, instructional quality, and consistent professional practice within Kindergarten. Key Responsibilities Provide leadership oversight for teaching and learning across Kindergarten Ensure curriculum coherence, clear progression, and consistent instructional practices Support, mentor, and develop Kindergarten teachers through professional guidance and collaboration Oversee assessment practices, reporting, and monitoring of student progress Maintain safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate learning environments Build positive, trust-based partnerships with parents Contribute to whole-school initiatives, policies, and improvement planning Remuneration A competitive salary package will be offered, commensurate with qualifications and experience, including a housing allowance and return air ticket upon completion of contract. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field Master’s degree in Education or a related field (preferred) Recognised teaching qualification (e.g. B.Ed., PGCE, Early Childhood Certification, or equivalent) Native-level fluency in English, with strong professional communication skills Experience Minimum of three years’ teaching experience in Early Years / Kindergarten Leadership experien
