Reporting to the school’s senior leadership team, the incumbent will oversee the end-to-end operation, academic advancement, student development, brand cultivation, and international feature development of the international high school division. This role covers comprehensive governance of international curricula, teaching administration, university counseling, student pastoral care, enrollment operations, and school internationalization. The core goal is to sustain high-standard academic delivery, build personalized student development pathways, and strengthen the school’s core competitiveness and global influence in international education. Key Responsibilities The role encompasses six core functional modules: international curriculum management, teaching administration, university admission guidance, student pastoral care management, enrollment development, and school international feature building.
