The School
King’s College Wimbledon Ho Chi Minh City is the newest member of the King’s College School, Wimbledon family of schools, opening in August 2027 at The Global City, an exciting new development in central Ho Chi Minh City. Founded on nearly two hundred years of heritage – King’s Wimbledon was established by Royal Charter in 1829 – the school brings an authentic King’s education, in Mind, Spirit and Heart, to boys and girls aged 2 to 18, from Early Years through to Sixth Form.
The school is governed and quality-assured directly by King’s College School, Wimbledon, with oversight extending to curriculum design, teacher recruitment, professional development, pastoral care and enrichment. Dr Anne Cotton, Head of King’s Wimbledon, serves as Honorary Principal, working closely with Kieran McLaughlin, Founding Head of School. Pupils will follow a rigorous British curriculum through to IGCSE and A Level, supported by a purpose-built, 1.7 hectare campus with modern science laboratories, creative studios, state of the art performance spaces and sports facilities including a 25-metre pool.
King’s College Wimbledon Ho Chi Minh City joins a growing international family of King’s schools, including those in China and Thailand, and is backed locally by Millennia Education. Together, they share a commitment to developing confident, compassionate pupils equipped to thrive well beyond the classroom.
