The ideal candidate will bring: Proven experience in higher education guidance, careers education, or school leadership A strong understanding of UK and international university admissions The ability to build meaningful relationships with pupils, parents, and external partners Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills A passion for supporting young people to achieve ambitious outcomes A careers guidance qualification or teaching background is desirable but not essential.
