The Opportunity (Overview of the role) The Head of Football provides leadership for the development, organisation and delivery of the Football programme within the School. The role ensures that Football provision reflects the school’s commitment to excellence, inclusion and student development. Working closely with the Director of Sport and the Assistant Head of Sports, the Head of Football leads the planning, coordination and continuous improvement of Football activities, fixtures and development pathways. The role ensures that students of all abilities have access to high-quality coaching, competitive opportunities and a positive sporting culture all year round..
