Sefton Sixth Form College is seeking a Head of Faculty: Mathematics, Sciences & Health to lead a diverse and high-profile curriculum area, driving excellence in teaching, learning and student achievement. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the educational experience of hundreds of young people while leading and developing talented teaching staff within a thriving sixth form environment. You'll play a pivotal role in setting standards, driving continuous improvement and ensuring students achieve their full potential. As Head of Faculty, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across Mathematics, Sciences and Health, creating a culture where high expectations, innovation and collaboration thrive.
