Head of English and MFL (ESL, IGCSE & IB DP)

Wuxi Dipont School of Arts and Science (in partnership with King's College School, Wimbledon and Nanjing Foreign Language School) is seeking to appoint a Head of English & MFL (ESL, IGCSE and IB DP) to lead our High School language faculty, covering English, ESL and Modern Foreign Languages (such as French, Spanish or others) for an August 2026 start. The successful candidate will provide strategic and academic leadership, ensuring excellence in teaching, learning and assessment across the IGCSE and IBDP programmes. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic educator who is passionate about language education, curriculum innovation and developing confident, articulate and culturally aware learners. Background Wuxi Dipont School of Arts and Science was founded with the strong support of the Wuxi local government, through a partnership between two world-leading schools – Nanjing Foreign Language School, China and King’s College School, Wimbledon, UK – all of whom aimed to build a “school of the future” which focuses on providing well-rounded education.
