Key ResponsibilitiesDepartmental Leadership: Lead and support the Early Years team, fostering a culture of high academic standards, safeguarding, wellbeing, continuous development, and strong teamwork. Curriculum & Innovation: Lead the early childhood curriculum development and successfully drive innovative learning practices. Parent Relations: Build strong, positive partnerships through clear communication and proactive parent liaison. Cross-Campus Collaboration: Work collaboratively as an active team player with leadership across other SISB campuses to align vision and sharing best practices. What We Are Looking ForQualifications: BA in Education and Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Education/Leadership (preferred). Experience: Minimum of 5 years in education, with at least 2 years in a proven school leadership role. Curriculum Expertise: Strong background in Early Years education, with UK Early Years curriculum experience highly preferred.
