Job Overview Founded in 2010 with Teenee Todds Day Nursery, our organisation has since grown to include Broadoaks British School Primary (2016) and Secondary School (2021). We are now entering an exciting phase of expansion, with plans to establish new Early Years campuses across Nigeria. To support this growth, we are seeking an experienced and dedicated Head of Early Years to oversee the delivery of high-quality Early Years education across our campuses. This middle management role is responsible for supporting the successful implementation of new campuses, maintaining consistent academic and operational standards, and working closely with school leaders to promote excellence in teaching and learning. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative educational leader with strong Early Years expertise, a commitment to continuous improvement, and the ability to support sustainable growth.
