Role & Impact: Provide strategic leadership in digital learning and IT technologies. Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to implement a future-ready digital strategy. Lead and empower Staff in integrating digital learning across the curriculum. Ensure a safe, ethical, and responsible use of AI and digital technologies in education. Work closely with pastoral care to establish best practices for e-safety and digital citizenship. Strengthen cybersecurity measures, safeguarding school data and IT infrastructure. Who We Are Looking For: Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree Experience: Proven track record in leading digital transformation within an educational setting. Experience in Latin America is desirable. Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of AI applications, cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, and digital learning strategies. Leadership & Collaboration: Ability to inspire teams and work cross-functionally to foster a culture of digital innovation.
