Head of Department - Psychology Start date: 1 September 2026 Full-time MPR/UPR (Outer London) plus TLR2b (£5,871) We are seeking a Head of Psychology who possesses the deep subject knowledge and leadership potential to inspire our curious, diverse and highly motivated students. Psychology is a very popular choice at A Level with many students pursuing it to degree level at leading universities. We teach a Psychology curriculum that bridges the gap between arts and sciences through its study of human behaviour and mental processes. Whilst you must be confident in teaching Psychology A-Level, previous management experience is not essential. We are committed to nurturing talent and will provide support to help you develop the leadership skills required to head a department.
