About the Role
The Norwood School is seeking to appoint a strong and enthusiastic Head of Dance with excellent subject knowledge, fresh ideas, enthusiasm, and a commitment to outstanding practice. With strong subject expertise, you will teach dance across KS3, KS4 (GCSE), and KS5 (A Level). You will be joining a dynamic, innovative, and highly successful Performing Arts Faculty that consistently achieves excellent outcomes.
Dance is held to an incredibly high standard and is a hugely popular subject at Norwood. The successful candidate will lead our varied, spectacular extra-curricular offer and busy performance timetable, directing high-quality productions in our dedicated theatre space. As a specialist Performing Arts school, this is a unique opportunity to be part of an institution that actively promotes, funds, and values the Arts and the varied, exciting opportunities they provide for children and young people.
