Head of Careers and Employability

We are looking for a dynamic and highly capable Head of Careers and Employability, to coordinate and deliver the careers and employability provision, whilst contributing to the wider life of this busy holistic school community. This post is offered from September 2026. The Head of Career and Employability will be knowledgeable of current good practice, innovative, highly organised and have excellent people management and communication skills, ensuring our students receive outstanding career support. The hours for this role will be 30 hours per week, worked over 4 or 5 days per week, including a 30-minute unpaid lunch break. These hours are to be worked during term time with two additional weeks during the school holiday period. You will receive a competitive salary depending on skills, experience and qualifications, a holiday allowance based on 25 days per year plus 8 bank holidays pro-rata.
