We are seeking an ambitious, innovative and forward-thinking Head of Careers to lead and develop two key areas of School life: our Excellence (Gifted & Talented) Programme and Careers Education. The successful candidate will lead a future-focused programme that inspires our pupils and equips them with the knowledge, confidence and experience to make informed decisions about their next steps and life beyond school.
