Head of Boarding

Malvern College Chengdu (MCC), a fast developing all through school in China, is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and experienced Head of Boarding. The Head of Boarding is one of the key pastoral roles at Malvern College Chengdu (MCC). The post holder will collaborate with Deputy Head of Boarding and have overall responsibility of MCC Boarding to ensure the emotional and physical well-being of the boarding pupils. They will provide support for matters related to pastoral care and managing parents’ communication related to boarding. They will be required to model Malvern qualities in the management of the House issues at all times. For details of the position, please refer to the attached job description.
