Dixons Pennine Academy is an ambitious 11-16 secondary school serving the community of Copley, Stalybridge and wider Tameside area.
As part of Dixons Academies Trust, the academy provides students with strong academic foundations alongside exceptional pastoral care and personal development. It fosters a culture in which students develop confidence, curiosity and respect for others, preparing them to thrive in a diverse modern society and lead successful, purposeful lives. In September 2025, it further strengthened its provision with the opening of a dedicated Resource Base, creating an additional 12 places to support students with SEND which will increase to 20 places by September 2027.
