We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Head of Admissions to join our team as an Admissions Manager. This role is pivotal in managing the admissions process, ensuring a seamless experience for prospective families, and supporting the school’s mission to attract and enroll students who will thrive in our community. Position: Head of Admissions (Admissions Manager) Location: Sharjah, United Arab Emirates Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree Minimum Experience: 2 years Responsibilities: - Oversee the entire admissions process from inquiry through enrollment. - Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet enrollment targets. - Build strong relationships with prospective families, agents, and feeder schools. - Coordinate admissions events such as open days, tours, and information sessions. - Maintain accurate records of applications and communicate regularly with applicants. - Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure smooth student transitions. Skills and Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. - Minimum of 2 years’ experience in admissions or related roles within education. - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Proficiency in using CRM systems or admissions software is preferred. - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
