This role is crucial to our work as an Academy. The successful applicant will be expected to manage and develop the library, providing a suitable environment for structured and independent learning for both staff and students within the academy, and to maintain a stock of learning resources that reflect current curriculum needs. Potential applicants should have: · Grade C/4 and above in GCSE English and Mathematics (or equivalent). · A qualification or experience in librarianship at a professional level. · A passion for working with young people to improve literacy and develop wider learning skills.
