Head Gymnastics Coach & Program Coordinator

The Canadian International School of Phnom Penh (CIS) is seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and dynamic Head Gymnastics Coach & Program Coordinator to establish and lead our school’s new gymnastics academy in our purpose-built gymnastics hall. CIS is a top international school in Asia with over 1000 students and 300 staff from around the world. The language of instruction is English. The school uses the IB curriculum. Candidates must be certified and registered (e.g., National Registry of Coaches, FIG Academy Certifications (Levels 1–3), SG-Coach Level 2 (Intermediate) or Level 3 (Advanced), or equivalent). This dual-role involves both high-level coaching and administrative leadership. You will be responsible for the entire athlete lifecycle—from toddlers discovering movement to elite competitive athletes—while managing the safety operations of a premier school-based club.
