Do you enjoy working behind the scenes to make everything run smoothly? We’re looking for a hands-on, organised and enthusiastic Hair & Beauty Technician to join our team at Penwith Campus. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting students as they develop their practical skills in a professional salon environment. About the role You’ll be an essential part of our Hair & Beauty provision, helping to create a professional, well-organised, and inspiring environment for learning. Your role will include: Setting up and preparing salon equipment and learning materials for sessions. Maintaining and managing hair and beauty equipment, products, and stock. Supporting the day-to-day running of the salon and reception area. Assisting with bookings and answering client enquiries for both Inspiration salons and Senara restaurant. Supporting students during practical activities. Managing laundry and ensuring the salon is clean, safe, and professional at all times. About you You’ll be practical, proactive, and enjoy working in a busy, people-focused environment. You will have: A background in hairdressing or beauty therapy, ideally with some industry experience Strong organisational skills and attention to detail A practical, hands-on approach to work Confidence working with staff, students, and clients Good understanding of health & safety and salon practices Why join us?
