Grounds Person

We are seeking to appoint a Grounds Person to join our team, supporting the preparation, maintenance, and presentation of our sports surfaces and surrounding grounds to a high professional standard. This role is essential in ensuring our natural and artificial facilities remain safe, functional, and visually impressive throughout the year, contributing to an environment that supports sport, recreation, and daily site activities. The start time for the role is 7:00am - 3:30pm, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. This role is all year round and will require some flexibility to work the occasional weekend during the cricket season. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, values safe working practices, and enjoys working as part of a supportive team. Strong attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and the ability to build positive working relationships with colleagues are essential. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on outdoor work and wants to play a key role in maintaining high-quality grounds and facilities.
