Graduate Resident Assistant (GRA) – Prep School

We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, energetic and enthusiastic graduate to join Taunton School Prep School to support staff in the delivery of academic, extra-curricular and pastoral programmes from September 2026. This one-year residential post provides invaluable pastoral and co-curricular support to our boarders, in all areas of their school life as well as a fantastic experience which provides a platform for various career progression paths. We are looking for female candidates who are able to coach either Netball or Hockey and Cricket and male candidates who can coach Rugby, Hockey and Cricket along with umpiring to work within our PE/Games department. There will also be an opportunity to work within our Girl’s Boarding House and support the team who help provide our pastoral care. If you are keen in pursuing a career in teaching and can establish good relationships with young people, then we would like to hear from you.
