Graduate Assistant – Boarding & Marketing

Hours: Full time 37.5 Hours per week, Salary: £25,000 Closing date: 17th June 2026 Contract: Fixed Term, 10th August 2026 – 26th June 2027 Overview We are seeking a Graduate Assistant who is looking for a career with young people maybe within the school environment and within marketing, who wants to gain experience. This role will allow you to develop key skills and gain valuable work experience. This role would suit a keen graduate who wishes to immerse themselves into a vibrant and professional environment within a College setting. Main duties and Key Responsibilities: · To provide the environment in which students flourish, feel secure and fully engage with the school ethos. · To assist the Principal with marketing initiatives, some administrative tasks. · To assist the Head of Boarding with the organisation and resources of Boarding Houses. · To work closely with other boarding staff in that area of responsibility who maintain direct accountability for students in their own houses; to provide for the safety, good discipline and physical, academic, moral and pastoral wellbeing of all students in the Houses. · To support the Administrative functions within the school, such as providing reception cover.
