About this role
The F/T Teacher is a dynamic and innovative Teacher, with responsibility for monitoring, supporting and tracking the welfare and progress of our students across the Key Stages in all subjects of our curriculum. You will need to facilitate learning by establishing a relationship with pupils and have good organisational skills to ensure that the pupils have access to an excellent learning environment. The Teacher will develop and foster the appropriate skills and social abilities to enable the optimum development of children, according to age, ability and aptitude. The Teacher will link pupils’ knowledge to earlier learning and develop ways to encourage it further, and challenge and inspire pupils to help them deepen their knowledge and understanding of all subject areas.
