Football Academy Strength & Conditioning Coach (term time only)

We work in partnership with Eastbourne Borough Football club and the Chelsea Foundation to provide exceptional training and support to our players, helping them excel both on and off the field. We are committed to fostering a professional environment that encourages growth, resilience, and peak performance whilst ensuring Football Academy members achieve an excellent education. We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Strength and Conditioning Coach to join our Football Academy Team. In this role, you will design and implement effective strength and conditioning programs tailored to the needs of our football players. Your expertise will play a crucial role in enhancing athletic performance, reducing injury risk, and supporting overall player development. In addition, to make the role full time, the successful candidate will act as a TA, supervise our College Gym and provide enrichment sessions for students. The successful candidate will hold a degree in a related area. Football coaching qualifications and an interest in being a coach for one of our teams would be an advantage. This role can be full or part time and is term time only. Successful candidates will be required to possess an enhanced DBS certificate to be employed at the College.
