This is a rare opportunity for a motivated graduate looking to build a career in sport, whether in schools, coaching, sports science or athletic development. As a Graduate Sports Assistant, you will play a full and active role within a high-performing sports department at one of the UK’s leading independent schools, gaining hands-on experience across coaching, performance analysis, strength and conditioning, and pastoral support. From leading sessions and taking teams to fixtures, to contributing to the wider sporting programme, you will be challenged and developed in a dynamic boarding school environment. Working primarily at Sherborne Boys, with opportunities to support across the wider Sherborne Schools Group, this role offers a comprehensive and immersive introduction to professional school sport, supported by expert mentoring and structured development throughout the academic year.
