St Mary’s Catholic Primary School is a thriving two-form entry school in Beckenham, within the London Borough of Bromley, with 422 pupils on roll. We are seeking a well-organised, accurate and friendly Finance Officer and SEN Administrator to provide finance, administration and SEN/SEND support within our school office.
The role will include processing invoices and payments, creating purchase orders, maintaining accurate finance records, supporting ParentPay, assisting with pupil records, medical administration and providing confidential administrative support to the SENCO.
The successful candidate will have strong administrative, ICT and communication skills, good attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with care and confidentiality. Experience in a school office, finance administration, ParentPay, SIMS or SEN/SEND administration would be an advantage.
This is a fixed-term, term-time only role based at St Mary’s Catholic Primary School, Beckenham from 26 August 2026 to 27 March 2027. Appointment is subject to satisfactory safer recruitment checks, including an enhanced DBS check.
