We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, organised and highly accurate Finance & HR Administrator to provide effective financial, payroll, HR and administrative support across Illuminate Minds Trust.
This is a full-time position working 36 hours per week, 52 weeks per year, on Bexley 05.1.
The successful candidate will have a strong aptitude for working with financial and numerical information, excellent attention to detail and good organisational skills. You will be confident using ICT, including Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft 365 applications, and able to manage a varied workload while meeting key deadlines.
This is a varied role working closely with our Finance and HR teams. The successful candidate will support the accurate processing and maintenance of financial, payroll and staff information and will help ensure that Trust procedures, records and deadlines are maintained to a high standard.
Key responsibilities will include processing purchase orders, invoices and payments, supporting payment runs, maintaining financial records, assisting with trip income and expenditure, obtaining quotations, checking timesheets and providing payroll and pension information to external providers where required. You will also provide general administrative support to the Finance and HR teams and wider Central Trust functions.
The role involves handling confidential financial, payroll and employee information, so discretion, accuracy and professionalism are essential. You will also liaise with colleagues, budget holders, suppliers, auditors, service providers and other stakeholders, building positive and professional working relationships.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade 5 or above, including English and Maths, or equivalent qualifications, and will demonstrate a willingness to develop their knowledge and skills through further training and professional development.
If you are organised, numerate, approachable and enjoy working in a busy environment where no two days are quite the same, this could be an excellent opportunity to join our Central Trust team and develop your experience across both Finance and HR.
