The Chelmsford Learning Partnership is a Trust of 11 schools and is seeking a highly organised, proactive Finance Assistant to work in our central office and play a vital role in keeping our schools running smoothly and efficiently. Why Join Us?  Be part of a forward-thinking Trust – Chelmsford Learning Partnership Work in a supportive, collaborative, and high-performing trust Make a tangible difference to students, staff, and the wider community What you will be doing Providing financial assistant and support to the Trust and schools and assist with the day to day running of the department Supporting budget monitoring and financial reporting Administering school trips and ParentPay systems Maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations Providing high-quality administrative support across trust operations Essential Skills & Experience We are looking for someone who is: Experienced in finance, accounting, or financial administration Educated to NVQ Level 2 or equivalent Confident using financial systems and IT packages Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Able to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines A clear communicator, able to liaise effectively with staff and stakeholders Calm under pressure and a strong team player You will also bring Strong numeracy and analytical skills Confidence supporting and advising staff on financial matters A commitment to high professional standards, confidentiality, and accuracy Safeguarding Commitment The Chelmsford Learning Partnership are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and
